After Hour Clinics
After Hour Clinics, or AHC, are offered to our rostered patients as we are a part of the Otter Creek FHO (Family Health Organization) along with two other clinics. AHC allows for better continuity of care compared to traditional walk-in clinics, as the physician accessing you will have access to your full medical records (with your permission), and the note documenting the assessment, investigations and plan will be made available to your own family physician as a part of your routine chart.
These clinics are offered on:
Mondays to Thursdays: between 5-8pm
Friday, Saturday, Sundays: 6 hours over the 2 days, typically split 3 hours on each weekend day; exact hours will differ based on the clinician working the clinic

Please note that these are meant for urgent medical issues. If you call in for regular care, you may be redirected by the staff to see your own family doctor during regular office hours.
